Before we quote

What should I send?

Send your postcode, photographs, approximate measurements, preferred finish and a list of the work you need. For kitchen or structural projects, include any plans, appliance specifications and engineer’s drawings you already have.

Is a starting price a fixed quotation?

No. It is a guide for the stated straightforward scope. We confirm the work, inclusions, exclusions and price in writing before you book. Any additional work is priced and agreed before it proceeds.

How are structural and specialist works priced?

Structural work is assessed against the engineer’s design and project requirements. Engineer and Building Control fees, service alterations and specialist testing or certification are separately identified. Concealed beams, complex support arrangements and changes to foundations require a project-specific quotation.
